Lemnos Advisory LLC was founded by John Grant in 2020 after he retired from 3M.
John had worked at 3M for over 30 years and held senior management positions in Strategy, Corporate Development, Global Business Management, and New Product Commercialization. John realized that his skills were in high demand, particularly in technologically complex industries where he had specialist expertise, and Lemnos's business evolved over time. Lemnos primarily serves private sector clients worldwide.

Along with industry insights, John has hands-on business expertise in strategic planning, mergers/acquisitions, and early-stage companies involving various projects of various sizes and complexity.
John has a BS in Chemistry from Stony Brook University, an MS and PhD in Chemistry from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
